StarSurf® is an innovative etching process designed for dental implants made from titanium and medical-grade titanium alloy TA6V ELI. The treatment creates a surface with macro, micro, and nano porosity, enhancing bone-to-implant contact and improving stability. At the nano level, the texture ensures a fully hydrophilic surface, accelerating healing and supporting patient comfort.

The process is residue-free, using a biocompatible ceramic blasting medium that dissolves during subsequent chemical treatments, leaving the implant surface completely clean. StarSurf® can also be adapted for other medical applications, including spine, maxillofacial, and knee implants, according to specific customer requirements.
